Mr. Mahvash has had a diverse corporate, transactional and compliance practice since graduating from law school in 2008, including with Baker & McKenzie LLP, one of the world’s largest law firms. He has experience with domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, registered and exempt securities transactions, bank financing transactions, public company reporting, corporate governance and commercial litigation.

Mr. Mahvash supports the Firm’s partners in all manner of transactional and compliance legal engagements, including securities offerings, commercial matters and M&A.
