Mr. Mahvash has had a diverse corporate, transactional and compliance practice since graduating from law school in 2008, including with Baker & McKenzie LLP, one of the world’s largest law firms. He has experience with domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, registered and exempt securities transactions, bank financing transactions, public company reporting, corporate governance and commercial litigation.

Mr. Mahvash supports the Firm’s partners in all manners of transactional and compliance legal engagements, including securities offerings, commercial matters and M&A. He represents clients ranging from early-stage startup companies and entrepreneurs to large multinationals and has significant experience liaising directly with public company senior executives.
