Mr. Lopez has practiced corporate law at the highest levels for more than 25 years. He has successfully led domestic and multijurisdictional transactional matters with tens of billions of dollars in aggregate value. After 15 years of practice with some of the world’s most prestigious law firms, Mr. Lopez cofounded Jasso in 2015 to serve clients in need of outstanding legal counsel at reasonable cost. He prides himself on offering creative and pragmatic solutions to enable clients to focus on building profitable and thriving businesses.

Mr. Lopez’s practice has included representation of all manner of business clients, including private equity funds, independent sponsors, investment advisers, Fortune 500 companies and early- and later-stage operating companies.
