Before co-founding Jasso, Ms. Lopez maintained a sophisticated corporate transactions and compliance practice in New York, California and Texas with elite law firms and in-house legal departments. She has represented clients ranging from emerging growth technology companies to multi-billion dollar revenue multinationals in connection with commercial and capital-raising transactions, mergers and acquisitions and regulatory compliance. She has advised multiple large and small companies in all types of corporate legal matters, including formation, operations, commercial transactions, asset sales and purchases and financing.
