Mr. Krishnan has a broad corporate practice, advising private equity sponsors, growth equity investors, startups and other public and private companies and investors in a range of domestic and cross-border transactional matters. Prior to joining Jasso, Mr. Krishnan worked as a corporate lawyer at leading firms in the U.S. and the United Kingdom, including Goodwin Procter LLP in Los Angeles, Paul Hastings LLP in Orange County, California and CMS in London.

Practice Focus
Mr. Krishnan’s practice has included advising a wide range of investors and other business clients on mergers and acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, minority equity investments, financing rounds, employee incentive matters, restructuring and various other corporate and commercial matters. Mr. Krishnan’s practice spans a diverse range of industries and sectors, including technology M&A and software-as-a-service and energy. Prior recent transactions include representing:
