Ryan Boylan

Mr. Boylan has had experience representing public and private companies, and private equity issuers, in complex transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, securities offerings and general corporate matters. Prior to joining the Firm, Mr. Boylan began his career at Seyfarth Shaw LLP in New York after graduating from law school in 2021.
