Tom Wolfe
Senior Associate, Corporate & Securities
Mr. Wolfe has had a diverse corporate and transactional practice since graduating from law school in 2019, beginning his career as an associate at Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP and most recently serving as in-house counsel at JPMorgan. He has broad experience in corporate law with a focus on bank financing transactions including fund finance, leveraged finance and general corporate finance.
